Pours a golden light brown clear colored body, with a big foamy white head, good lacing, somewhat lasting. Funky aroma, some grains, some mustiness, not much hop aroma. Sweet and spicy smelling too. Spicy, sweet taste. A little drying, almost a little sour. Pretty tasty, refreshing. Carbonated.

May 25, 2009 Bottle: Pour was a deep gold with a large white head. A bit more sweet on the nose than I expected with a focus on candied sugar, some floral and citrus hoppiness and a noticeable brett character. Nice carbonation, flavor started out sweet and candy-like but then takes a right turn towards a very dry, floral tone. Very good stuff.

May 17, 2009 Bottled.A hazy amber beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and caramel. The falvor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, and grapefruit, the alcohol gives it a good body and leaves a slight burn on the palate. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Pours a golden cloudy color with a thin white head. Aroma of hops, dirt, and funk. Flavor is sweet malt at first, with a nice funky tang. Finish is bitter and dry with hints of citrus. Mouthfeel is super smooth and slightly acidic. It’s a funky beer with a lot of hops, what’s not to love!

May 3, 2009 Bottle shared at Butter’s Big Cellar Blowout. Clearish orange pour with good wispy white head and lacing. Bready belgian spiced yeast aroma. Flavor is floral earthy hop with belgian yeast. cotton candy, fruity hop, with sweet malt backbone. Nice balance. With medium syrupy body. Very good and Very expensive.

May 3, 2009 Bottle. Pours a clear golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy and slightly yeasty hoppy aroma. Warming fruity malty hoppy bitter flavor with some yeasty hints. Hasa fruity malty spicy yeasty finish with lots of hops in the aftertaste.
