Jan 15, 2009 C&C 750. Hazy, cloudy dark gold with a small white head. Orange and nectarine nose, backed by solid caramel. Somewhat sweet and lightly yeasty, mildly spiced. Tasty.

Jan 10, 2009 Crushed with CaryTheDude and JakeBra. Orange pour with a big white head. Great big, fruity, leathery aroma. Brett is apparent. Flavor is fruity, a bit citrusy. Hoppy, but a bit too sweet. Regardless, I’m digging it. Pretty good for a random collaboration, and a random pickup.

Jan 5, 2009 750 ml bottle. Pours a very hazy antique gold with a moderate linen white head that lasted through two-thirds of the glass and left decent lace. Very pleasant aroma of yeast, caramel, and oranges. The flavor is more heavily dominated by Belgian yeast, with caramel and very little fruit. I purposely waited at least six months before opening this bottle to allow the brett to mature, and I have to say I was disappointed because there was none to be found. Light bitterness at the finish. Medium bodied. A good beer, but nothing special.

Dec 28, 2008 Bottle courtesy of tpd975. Pours a clear copper with a small white head that fades to a ring leaving good lacing. Aroma of caramel, citrus, sweet malt, candied fruit, sweet tarts, and herbal hops. Taste is citrus and herbal hops with sweet malt, caramel, and candied fruit in the finish. Medium mouthfeel with a mild to moderate amount of bitterness and well hidden alcohol. Very good.

Dec 25, 2008 Sampled at the hellbilly holiday tasting. Hazy amber gold color with a fluffy lasting head. Light fruit and yeast in the aroma. Flavor of caramel malt, sweet fruit, a bit of yeast and hops on the dryish finish. Smooth on the palate. Pretty good stuff.
