Dec 30, 2007 Pours golden with a thin lacing head.The nose is slightly tart and citrus.Flavor is bready and citrus, the tartness doesn’t show up.Must have been my nose.This finished off crisp and hoppy.

May 5, 2008 Updated: Oct 15, 2008Pours a golden copper orange color with a massive rocky white head. Aroma has hints of honey and tons of flowery hops. A pleasure to drink. Sweet for a fleeting moment before stripping any and all phlegm from your mouth and throat with earthy bitterness. Suddenly, a burst of sweet pineapple juice re-moistens the palate and sends you face first into another sip. Fuck yeah!

May 25, 2008 Bottle shared by Taverner, pours hazy pale orange with creamy white head. Nose is yeast, farmhouse funk like with some and banana and other fruit influence. Smooth on the palate, and better after each drink!

Mar 10, 2009 Pours an orange golden color with a medium to large sized foamy off white head. Notes of apples, earthy hops, bitter skunkiness, carmel, and spicy yeast. Lively mouthfeel. Medium to long finish.

Nov 30, 2007 bottle...crisp, clear golden brown with hefty white head.....nose of tropical fruits, mainly grapefruit, and biscuity malt.....flavors of grapfruit and floral hops. very fruity overall and some lingering sweet candy sugar. some yeast in there as well. a little too sweet for my taste but still a very nice treat

Jan 10, 2009 Crushed with CaryTheDude and JakeBra. Orange pour with a big white head. Great big, fruity, leathery aroma. Brett is apparent. Flavor is fruity, a bit citrusy. Hoppy, but a bit too sweet. Regardless, I’m digging it. Pretty good for a random collaboration, and a random pickup.

Jan 24, 2009 It’s pretty much an Americanized imperial saison, and I love it. Hazy orange/yellow pour with froth off-white head. Barnyard funk, lemon zest, cherries, apple, bread, caramel, spice, and citrus. Complex and flavorful.

Jan 27, 2009 I swear this smells like freshly fried Belgian fries with some Brett and oranges on them. Caramel, bready, bretta, milk chocolate mouth that is surprisingly light. Alcohol is well hidden. Hard to define style, but very enjoyable and unique.
