Flour, yeast, but also quite sweet and refreshing. The fruit flavors were too subtle for little ole me to single out, but this is a very unique brew. FoolishMortal (966), San Diego, California, USA

Earthy spiciness, appley malt, and tinges of phenol in the aroma. Ruddy, herbal character, some sharp spiciness. Floral hoppiness peers through a veneer of musty notes. Musty, grassy brett dominates in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium, rather dry. axilla (962), New Providence, Pennsylvania, USA

Flavors of citrus, caramel malts and tartness of brett. Medium body with livel carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel. I’d like to try this with about 6 more months on it to see how the brett flavors change. nimbleprop (951), SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA
