May 30, 2008 [Bottle, thanks Joebrew and Eddieb23!] Pours hazy orange with a nice off-white head. Really unusual aroma that is spicy, hoppy and musty, with something else in there that reminded me of a flower that I have smelled before. Taste is spicy, quite sweet with some vegetal characteristics and bitterness in the finish. Medium-thick mouthfeel with a long finish. Really a strange beer.

Dec 28, 2007 Pours a golden color with a pretty big white head. Aroma was of some belgian yeastiness some really light lemony citrus hops and a really light mustiness. Flavor was really smooth and easy to drink. Not enough brett yet. Ill open another in a few months and this should be excellent.

Feb 6, 2008 Updated: Aug 2, 2008I get a strange chocolate flavor out of this, in addition to the hops,.
Aroma is funky, sweet caramel, dull cocoa.
Taste is citrus and crisp hops, like a pilsner and a West Coast pale ale had sex.
This is funky, sweet cocoa, touches of brett, and yummy.
I want to see this thing after a year or two.

Aug 21, 2009 Slightly hazy light yellow with a small foamy head. Semi citrusy and grainy nose. Feels a bit watery but not terribly thin. Lots of grain flavour in here with a bit of tartness.

Jan 6, 2008 Light almond brown, thick, whipped creamy head. Lightly malty aroma, cherry, mild brettiness. Flavor is burly crystal malts, but quite dry, moderate bretty character, cherry syrup, fruity chalkiness (sweet tarts), clean finish, lightly orangey, ashen bitterness. Graham crackers, sharp carbo fading out.

Mar 31, 2008 Sample tasted at "Spring in the new year with brett" at fordests house. This was wierd. Flowers, and some hand soap? Was alright.

Feb 18, 2009 light golden with large white head. moderate-high carbonation. mild hop nose. malt to bitterness ratio rests slightly on the hop side with a flavor of yeasty esters followed by some hop flavor that is somewhat of resin. some alcoholic warmth adds some depth. very very nice, great belgian influenced by west coast style

Pours a golden light brown clear colored body, with a big foamy white head, good lacing, somewhat lasting. Funky aroma, some grains, some mustiness, not much hop aroma. Sweet and spicy smelling too. Spicy, sweet taste. A little drying, almost a little sour. Pretty tasty, refreshing. Carbonated.
