Tallahassee, Fl. - Liquor Loft - 750 ml caged corked bottle. Murky, dark orange pour with a soft silky white head that leaves an extremely thick coat of lacing and sticks around for quite a while. Nice aroma of apricots, peaches and hints of spices. Sour, yet sweet flavor with some apricots, spices - cinnamon and allspice comes to mind. Some brief citrus rounds it out in the back end. Mouthfeel is rich and creamy. Excellent - reminds me of a strong Saison.

750 ml bottle. Poured a clear orange color. The head was white and fairly delicate, but retained it’s height well for several minutes and left some lace on the glass. The aroma was a pleasant mix of fruit and hops. Almost like a flower blossom at times, but with that special added funk of the Brettanomyces. It was delicately sweet, yet tart on the tongue. It was fairly effervescent without being too bubbly. The fruit, funk, malt, and hops in the flavor worked well together. Like a combination of subdued melon, rose hips, sweetened lime tart, and honey. There was also an occasional hint of alcohol that reminded me of white wine. Refreshing like a dry champaign, but slightly sweet and and fuller bodied. Great beer.

Draft @ Patron Saint Party. Pours gold/yellow with a bright white ring. The nose has subtle hints of floral textures. The nose stood out as being different and scared me a bit but I didn’t have to worry too long. The taste was sweet, floral and a bit bitter. Overall a very nice well rounded belgian strong.

Bottled @ jbrus. Hazy orange color, short head, some lacing. Aroma and taste remind me of Orval. Nicely bitter, obvious dry hopped taste with some Brett sourness. I quite like it.

Sweet aroma and flavor. Aroma has very light wild yeast. Flavor has yeast as well, minimally sour. Clearly a Belgian style beer, with Belgian yeast. Low carbonation. Some wild grass. Malt. Good.

Best use of brett that I have seen thus far. Pours with a large, creamy, white head covering a murky, dark orange body. Full retention from the head, and great lacing left on the glass from each sip taken. Aroma is fruity with some spiceyness, citrus-sour and very perfume like and balanced. Fruity and hoppy taste upfront, then a nice balance added by the funkyness, finishing spicey with some fruity notes (but very dry). Lively bubbles, velvetey mouthfeel.

Bottle. Amber beer with an off-white head. Fruity (appricot/tropical) aroma with floral and spice tones. Floral and fruity flavors with yeast, malt, and a bit of bubblegum and spice. Didn’t notice the Brett at first, but it’s there at the finish and when you look for it. Tropical fruit shines. Malts are a bit doughy. Medium body, Carbonation a bit high. Very drinkable.

Bottle courtesy of jimbowood, thanks! Pours a cloudy golden color with a thin white head. Very attractive aroma of bubble-gum, fruits, spices and brettanomyces. Excellent flavor of bubble-gum, fruits, spices and brettanomyces, it’s also very dry. The body is medium with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. This fruit of Tomme and Dirk’s collaboration is extremely well done and worthwhile.
