750ml bottle from RSVP. Pours a golden cloudy color with a thin white head. Aroma of hops, dirt, and funk. Flavor is sweet malt at first, with a nice funky tang. Finish is bitter and dry with hints of citrus. Mouthfeel is super smooth and slightly acidic. It’s a funky beer with a lot of hops, what’s not to love!

This pours a slightly hazed yellowish amber body with a fluffy off-white head. The aroma has tart tangerine, sweet pale malt, honey, meadow flowers, apricots, and herbs. The flavor adds a refreshing acidic quality along with some zest, peppers, soft fruits, an herbal/floral bitterness, and a touch of the funk. Very nice and no doubt this would age quite well.

Murky, copper orange brew with a thin ring of pearly white lace.
Farmhouse twang is evident, but isn’t overly powerful. There’s also an interesting mix of bready yeast and that "corked" aroma for lack of a better term. The aroma is probably what I liked best about this Beer.
Decent carbonation, it starts with a bit of bicuity malt flavor and and finishes dry and somewhat acidic, making quite refreshing. There was just a tiny bit of booze that creeps up in the aftertaste, not a bad thing mind you.
I’m not the biggest fan of DeProef Beers, but this one was quite good.

Pours a golden copper orange color with a massive rocky white head. Aroma has hints of honey and tons of flowery hops. A pleasure to drink. Sweet for a fleeting moment before stripping any and all phlegm from your mouth and throat with earthy bitterness. Suddenly, a burst of sweet pineapple juice re-moistens the palate and sends you face first into another sip. Fuck yeah!

Like an American ale brewed in Belgium. Pours a light honey-amber with a decent, though fairly quickly dissipating head. Aroma of caramel malts and hops, with notes of vanilla. Palate is very Belgian - the carbonation is effervescent, but certainly not over-the-top like many Belgians can be. Flavor is mostly bitter hops, balanced nicely by light caramel malts and a bit of fruit. Dry. Delicious. Wish I could find something like it for less than $13.

Pours a light orange with a hint of red to it, with about a finger of stark white head. A lot of citrus and orange peel and spice in the odor. It tastes a lot softer and and lighter than I anticipated. Very sweet, with some candy malts in the taste. Very smooth and good.

On tap at Pizza Port Carlsbad. Really quite complex for how light its color is. Flour, yeast, but also quite sweet and refreshing. The fruit flavors were too subtle for little ole me to single out, but this is a very unique brew.
