Gold with light haze. Some lemon and yeast in the aroma. Candy citrus flavor with some spicy yeast. Lightly metallic. Nice though. This was my last drink at the SAF, so the rating could very well be messed up.

Draft @ Patron Saint Party. Pours gold/yellow with a bright white ring. The nose has subtle hints of floral textures. The nose stood out as being different and scared me a bit but I didn’t have to worry too long. The taste was sweet, floral and a bit bitter. Overall a very nice well rounded belgian strong.

This is a delicious beer. 750ml. Huge white head with good retention. Dark orange, hazy with very little transparency. Smells of fruit, alcohol and yeast. Taste... less sweet than I expected from the aroma. Bitter with alcohol, cheese, and mild fruit flavors being most dominant.

750 ml bottle courtesy of after4ever, purchased at Bottleworks in Seattle, WA. Pour is cloudy golden orange with a half inch white head. Aroma of sour, funk and some bright Amarillo hoppiness. Engaging nose, very unique smell. Taste is grassy, hoppy and very dry. Finish is resinous and lingering. Amarillo is present throughout the taste. Maybe some Brett in the end. Really easy drinking and refreshing. Clean was the word that kept popping in my head as I was drinking this.

Thanks to JCB for the bottle. Mostly clear amber/orange with a large head. Brett stands out the most at this point. Apples, hard candy, and tangy citrus were tasted also, as well as some floral/perfume hops.
The funky brett has really taken over this beer since I got my first taste last summer.

Delicious and easy to drink Belgian strong. Too often this style goes overboard on the sweetness but this was perfectly balanced. Aroma was yeasty, light and fruity. Pour was a perfect medium gold with a huge 3 finger pillowy white head. Taste was delicious. Strong biting carbonation with full apricot, apple and peach (tastes like carbonated fruit cocktail juice). Aftertaste is slightly bitter and dry. Very nice.

Sampled at the hellbilly holiday tasting. Hazy amber gold color with a fluffy lasting head. Light fruit and yeast in the aroma. Flavor of caramel malt, sweet fruit, a bit of yeast and hops on the dryish finish. Smooth on the palate. Pretty good stuff.

Nice golden color with a tall white head. Aromas of banana bread, sunny delight, and spicy hops. The flavor is an interesting combination of full bodied yeast and sweet malt and floral and citrus hops. Finish is crisp and dry. A nice fusion beer, but a bit on the expensive side...
