Dec 19, 2007 Bottled, thanks cquiroga! Hazy amber, airy head. Yeasty orangey nose. Warming alcohol hidden in a soft body together with orangey and resiny hops. Evident Belgian style flowery, alomndy yeast character. Quite bitter finish.

Jul 18, 2007 Pours a transparent dark golden with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of earthy dry citrusy hoppy character and some pale Belgian malt along with some leathery brett. Body starts lightly pale malty and sweet with a lot of brett and big citrusy bittering hops. Finishes drier with some lingering bitterness and crisp fresh hoppiness. An interesting and enjoyable hoppy Belgian.

May 17, 2009 Bottled.A hazy amber beer with a lazing tan head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and caramel. The falvor is sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, and grapefruit, the alcohol gives it a good body and leaves a slight burn on the palate. Thanks Papsoe for sharing.

Dec 30, 2007 Pours golden with a thin lacing head.The nose is slightly tart and citrus.Flavor is bready and citrus, the tartness doesn’t show up.Must have been my nose.This finished off crisp and hoppy.

Oct 7, 2007 750ml bottle (not sure who brought this one!). Poured a deep and hazy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of light funkiness, fruity, and yeast. Tastes of the same light funk and fruitiness.

Sep 5, 2008 a very nice brew. pours out a darker gold color wtih a large white head. aroma was rather fruity with quite a bit of yeast to it as to be expected. flavor was was fruity and sweet. this was a very smooth brew with a bitter finish.

Pours thin and lifeless with an aroma of spearmint, lemon peach, and cedar. Flavor is floral cedar with a hoppy finish. Thick mouthfeel. Fantabulous!

Sep 15, 2007 Hazy orange, white head. Aroma is musty belgian funk yeast. Flavor is orange, belgian phenolic yeast, spicy, sugar, great citrus profile, lemon, grapefruit and more orange. Full mouthfeel with lots of carbonation, spicy, citrus, wheat and yeast. Interesting beer.
