#400!!!!!!! ml Michael Jacksons beer of the Month Club. Very tasty. Yeasty, band aidish aroma. Probably the Brett. Pours a nice lasting head. Really like this brew. Some bitterness evident but the Belgian yeast seems to dominate in a good fashion. well done. cant wait to enjoy the next 3 750’s.

Bottle: Gold pour with a finger of sandy head. Thick, small sheets of sticky lacing. Aroma of light florals and fruity hops. Some faint Belgian spices. A sweet and overall inviting aroma. Flavor is sweet and malty with citrus, florals, and a sweet faded citrus hop element. Mellows nicely as it warms to room temp. Belgian spices and yeast play a minimal role; seems like a cross of I2PA and barleywine... Rather tasty at that!

750 ml bottle. I have a couple of these bottles, both from Jimbowood and a couple that I have picked up around town recently. I was highly impressed with this one. Aroma, appearance, flavor and palate are almost all perfect. Yes, it’s a well hopped belgian, but I really found this to more of a triple. The IPA characteristics were there, but I didn’t find this to be the predominate characteristic. Just a nice, easy drinking Belgian ale.

Bottles from Sparky27 and Miketd - thanks! This one is my only bottle of batch 2 (the others are B!) and I wanted to see how I liked the fresh hop taste (as opposed to the brett later on). This one has a golden color with a big bubbly head. Aroma has some light citrus, yeast, and acidity. Flavor is somewhat hop dominant - a bit of Duvel mixed with a fresh IPA. Amarillo shines though here with some assorted floral hops, light brett, and a bit of tripel-ish sugar. I really liked it, but I have a feeling that if the brett kicks in this will be one outstanding beer.

Pous lite brown with a decent head. Spicy fruity aromas. Fruity Belgium yeast flavors with a touch of raisin. Very good.

750 ml, expensive bottle, from EZ Liquors. Pours a clear golden burnt orange with lots of visible tiny bubbles rising from the center of ny Allagash tulipy looking glass with a large frothy foamy long lasting white head. Aroma is hops, piney cat pissy citrusy hops mixed in with some yeast tropical fruit, especially rinds, lemon wheat grass, and spice. Medium to slightly thin bodied with light to average carbonation and a smooth finish. Flavor starts off with lots of citrus sourness, lemon and lemon rind, then yeast, bready grains, tropical fruits, cat piss hops, grass, and wild herbs. This beer has tons of potential and is rather nice, much like that new show How I Met Your Mother, hopefully this beer won’t go down the same road of suckiness though.
