From draught at SBWF. Deep golden colour with bubbly head. There’s pale malt and fresh wood in aroma, along with flowery hops. Really nice, cookie, bready maltiness, with additional bit nutty touch from munchener malts. Grassy hops and bitterness, that seems higher than that of the classic style, add to flavour profile. Really tasty, yet not stylish. Well done!

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival 2009. Amber color. Sweet malty honeyish and toffeish aroma. Sweet malty, biscuity and toffeish flavor with low bitterness. Good maltiness but this is a bit too sweet for me.

Copper colored with a medium-sized white head that leaves some lacings. A rather mild smell of caramel malts, toffee, floral hop notes and off-centered herbs. A hint of bread and bark. The taste is somewhat sweet with caramel and slightly toasted malts up front. Gently bready. Notes of earthy and floral hops. The hops don’t sit well with the malts in this one, rather unbalanced. Actually, the hops simply don’t taste good. The finish is short and mildly bitter with notes of herbs, floral hops and a faint hint of alcohol. All in all, the taste manages to be rather mild, yet unbalanced. Moderate body. There’s quite a lot of carbonation loss and after a while the beer gets really bland. This is not a very good beer, it doesn’t even reach mediocrity. I have serious trouble with plenty of beers from this brewery - it seems like they just don’t manage to pull of what they’re trying to achieve (what ever that is). Bottle from Tbone, thanks! The aroma has cellar notes, but the flavor approaches a real Bavarian Oktoberfestbier. Malty, just a bit sweetish, with some flowery and fruity notes. Fairly well made.

500ml Bottle (Thanks Svesse) - Hazy amber with a foamy head. Fruity and slightly hoppy aroma with peach and syrup. The taste is slightly hoppy and fruity with peach, malt and a slightly gassy hint.

Dark ornage. Average head. Far from a taditional Oktoberfest beet, more like an english bitter, and a really really good one. Here are heaps of hops and smooth soothing bitterness, delivered in a way that you want more and more. Didn’t know they could make beer like this one in Sseden, used to live in Sigutna for nearly 18 yars, there were never anything like that back then...

(Draught at Flying Scotsman, Stockholm, 2 Oct 2009) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, bready nose with notes of toffee, dried fruit and apricots. Malty, slightly fruity taste with bread, dried apricots, toasty malt and a grassy, fairly short finish. Slightly above medium body, with some malt sweetness throughout. Well balanced and tasty.
