Bottle: Hazy, big foamy head, quite slowly collapsing; light phenolic, mainly wheaty-bananaey nose; light to moderate sweetish-sourish flavour, light bodied, quite soft MF; shorter citrousy-wheaty finish. Not overwhelming..........

Jul 10, 2008 (bottle) Cloudy, golden colour with a big and stable foamy white head. Yeasty, sweet and slightly fruity (banana) aroma with a moderate wheat-character and intense spicy phenols (cloves, nutmeg, vanilla). Light-sweet flavour, quite slim bodied with a lively carbonation. Wheaty and yeasty, restrained fruity taste; sligtly sweet and slightly tart finish with strong phenolic spices. Lacks fruit-character (09.07.08).
