Pours the palest yellow I have ever seen in a beer (and a bit of haze), with the loveliest egg-white head with fantastic retention. Aroma is sweet and yeasty bread - like a Swedish bakery. Tastes like an excellent Witbier, a bit watery but nice and spicy and smooth. Even spicier finish - LOTS of coriander (even a bit too much, as it warms). Still yeasty and sweet. Carb a bit low but good milkshake-like body. I started in on this beer with low expectations but was surprised. It’s a pity that it’s so watery, but I guess that’s an issue with the Spelt. Higher gravity and a bit more cloves, a bit less Coriander, and I would have been hooked. Lovely summer ale.

Clear golden color with zero head or carbonation. Aroma is grassy, grainy, and a touch of lemon. Flavor is grainy, a bit like falling face-first into a field of grains with your mouth open. Earthy, grassy, not sweet. Not really hoppy either. Perhaps the bittering is not from the hops. Not a very pleasant experience overall.

Hazy gold with a white head. Sweet grainy aroma with just a hint of lemon. Quite a sour taste with the background wheatiness in evidence. Too fizzy. Restrained metallic dryness to finish. Not particularly keen to be honest.
