An unclear orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma si ssweet spicy with notes of cinnamon and yeast, which also gives it a slight dusty impression. The flavor is weirdly spicy combined with notes of oranges and yeast.

(Bottle 75 cl) 5,5% ABV in my version. Silenrieux really loves the odd grain. I’ve had their buckwheat beer before, now the time is for their spelt beer. Pale, cloudy golden with a small, white head. Really a witbier look. Some spicy, citrusy notes with a dry, tart finish. No bitterness to speak of. Fresh indeed. 160598

Bottled. Pale golden, rich head. Buttery flowery nose. Sweet with buttery malt and some red berries. Medium bodied with spritzy, rounded mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Fairly discrete, but well balanced and with a pleasant low key attitude.

Bottle, 5.4%. Gusher. Very cloudy orange colour. Very big, stable white head. The flavour is like a good naturtrüby blond with a hint of sourness which balances well. Some yeast flavour.

Bottled (from lahoublonniere.be). Hazy yellowish golden colour with mediumsized white head, that vanishes quite quickly. Flavour is fruits, wheat/spelt , some yeast and slight sweetness lurking. Very refreshing and pleasant.
