Silenrieux La Dorée Bière du Presbytère

Bottled 0,25L. Dense and creamy head, good adhesion and duration. Veiled yellow color, enough hazy and with good fizz. Elegant aspect. Fresh acidulous scent; notes of yellow grape and yeast, wine cellar and clear mildew final notes. Much prickly taste with good alcoholic tone. Much acidulous and stinging one with a modest bitter. Medium solid but overall balanced final.
