250 ml bottle. Hazy golden yellow color. Big, frothy, lasting white head. Aroma is a bit thin, with fruit and wheat. Flavor is sweet, with fruit and malt, some yeast and spices. Nice carbonation.

250 ml bottle. A slight unclear dark yellow colored beer with a big fluffy, mostly lasting white head. Dry, slight acidic fruity-fresh aroma. Wheats and dry fruits in the flavor, mainly dried yellow fruits and lemon. Slight peppery and spicy notes. Very well rounded, with a nice crisp and clean mouthfeel. Slim body, but utterly refreshing.

250 ml bottle. Hazy orange body with a big white head. Aroma is fruity and spiced. Flavor is fruity, spicy, complex in a mild sense. Easy drinkable.

250 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. Also available in Norway at Vinmonopolet. ABV is 6%. This buckwheat (French: "sarrasin") beer is organic (Fr.: "biologique")., and has had a secondary fermentation in the bottle. Pale golden colour, hazy. Fluffy white head. Sweetish aroma, citrus, cloves, banana and tropical fruits, hints of aniseed candy. Spritzy mouthfeel, light bodied. Mild flavour, fairly dry, some citrus and peppery notes. Okay, but not worth the ridiculously high price in Norway.

Pours a hazy nearly clear light watery yellow with a brief head and some lace. Aroma is sweet and slightly oily/fishy, probably the hop variety. Tastes watery, a touch of that powdered lemonade taste, yeasty, light coriander. Decent carbonation, very light and fluffy body. Bo-ring. Manages to stay bearable despite the watered-down character. I remember the Joseph having the same watery quality, but at least the Joseph had a bit more character.

Appearance: Hazy, pale golden. OK amount of white head, lots when warmer. Sediments and floaty bits. Aroma: Wheat, lemon, slightly sour. Taste: Lemony, quite sour. Quite bad Info: 750ml bottle, 18/6-2008
Not my style...

(Bottle 25 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Hazy, pale golden with a lively and very white head. Fresh and somewhat perfumy coriander nose. Medium body, lightly tart citrusy notes with a yeasty touch. The finish is dry without any real bitterness. 080408

Hazy pale golden with medium white head. Sweet yeasty aroma with coriander and wheaty notes. Sweet flavor with orange peel, wheaty and coriander notes. Ends sweet.
