25 cL bottle. Pour hazy and pale yellow with a lacing white head. Solid spiced and wheaty aroma. Flavour holds a mild plastic note from the wheat. Solid spiced and with no citrus notes. Dry wheaty finish with a persisting spice note.

Bottled (from lahoublonniere.be). Hazy yellowish golden colour with mediumsized white thick head, leaving a thin layer of lace. Aroma is wheat, some grains, mild citrusfruit and yeast. Flavour is sweet fruits, some wheat, and mild yeastyness. Very refreshing beer. Tonguetickling carbonation.

Bottle, 25cl. The beer was quite difficult to pour. Even though it had been standing in my cellar for several days, it slowly started to come out of the bottle. When I poured it, the head continued to grow for two minutes or so, until stabilising, and then slowly diminishing. It took me some seven or eight minutes to finish pouring. The body was yellowish golden, cloudy, and as you might have guessed, the head was huge. The color of the head was white, and it left some pretty lacings. The nose was wheaty, spiced and fruity, with an emphasis on coriander. It has a slightly dry, fruity and spiced finish, and the initial flavor is mostly fruity, but with a good dash of coriander, as well as wheat, some yeast and a little banana and hops. Medium body, slightly sticky. A nice beer, very refreshing and almost sessionable, but a bit too strong for that. Pity it’s so expensive in Norway, putting you back almost $8 for a 25cl bottle. 250 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal pub, Stavanger. Also available in Norway at Vinmonopolet. ABV is 6%. This buckwheat (French: "sarrasin") beer is organic (Fr.: "biologique")., and has had a secondary fermentation in the bottle. Pale golden colour, hazy. Fluffy white head. Sweetish aroma, citrus, cloves, banana and tropical fruits, hints of aniseed candy. Spritzy mouthfeel, light bodied. Mild flavour, fairly dry, some citrus and peppery notes. Okay, but not worth the ridiculously high price in Norway.
