berlinoise2go (9), Norway does not count Oct 24, 2009 Bottle, 25cl, at Tekehtopa, Oslo. Decent wit-like beer. Pale yellow, slightly cloudy. Dry taste, fairly bitter finish; I found it better when accompanied by light food. bergstaden (99), Røros, Norway Sep 9, 2009 Unclear pale golden with a large white head and carbonation ,with smell of citrus and yeast - tastes of wheat, some yeast and citrus that lingers into the finish - ok beer absurdia (17), Belgium Aug 23, 2009 Bottle 25c l (From BI’OK) cloudy light yellow, light aroma of citrus & mild yeastyness. Buckwheat gives more body to this beer than the Joseph BIO. Fresh in summer. I like it. ErikTheViking (76), Oslo, Norway Aug 11, 2009 9 Aug 2009. Hazy, unfiltered, yellow/brown. Distinct aroma from wheat. Very carbonized. Unfiltered. Moderate sweetness. Short aftertaste. Frovigalning (398), , Sweden Jul 8, 2009 It poured a cloudy golden liquid with a huge foam that slowly receded and left a nice lacing on the side of the glass.
It had a smell that leaned towards white wine. Fruity with some sweetness and yeast.
The first taste was very smooth in my mouth and not as fizzy as I would have expected. It tasted of white wine, yeast, sweet and fruity, with a hint of orange. However the flavor was quite weak and quickly dissapeared in my mouth. espenra (277), Oslo, Norway May 16, 2009 25cl bottle from Vinmonopolet. Best before 2010-01-01. It poured a very pale, almost transparent yellow colour with a big white creamy head that settled down slowly in the glass. The aroma is wheat, citrus, yeast and dirt. Some hops as well. The flavour is bittersweet with notes citrus and wheat with some yeast. It has a short aftertaste. A rather boring beer. Bukowski9 (89), Piqua, Ohio, USA Apr 28, 2009 Bottle pour.Murky yellow color with a really big head.Aroma is citrus and wheat with hints of hops.Flavor was mostly citrus fruit with grainy wheaty hints, more carbonation than I’m used to almost soda-like but really easy to drink.I like this and will try it again. oh6gdx (8798), Vasa, Finland Apr 18, 2009 Bottled (from lahoublonniere.be).
