Poured a cloudy amber with an off-white head. Sour, almost lambic-like aroma. Flavor is brown sugar, cinnamon, overall somewhat thin. Drinkable but nothing special. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 5, 2005 A brown, "iced-tea" looking beer with a huge foamy, yet short-lived head. Sweet, toffee, Brandy.....or is it Burbon I smell? A Rum & Coke perhaps. Taste doesn’t live up to the expectations of the scent. Sweet, Malty, Caramel but not much else other than a slightly metallic taste. Storm (2685), Amager, Denmark

Sweet melon aroma with notes of spice. Fresh melon flavour with hints of some sour. Strong carbonation, both with a smooth finish. MartinT (5068), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 1/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 1, 2005 The Lure: A moving universe of floaties dallies below the corked apricot juice. Rustic supernovae have exploded, but long ago it seems, as mostly remnants are perceived.
The Festivities: The momentous yeastiness was predictable, but not the pretentious, invasive carbonation. Fruity sweetness wades in the soft, dry cereals, but in the end offers little to please.
Transcendence: Your apartment maybe well decorated, but if you never clean it... beerbuzzmontreal (2921), Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Aroma of crème brulée, buckwheat and yeast. The flavor is the same, crème brulée, buckwheat and yeast. The body is light with a creamy texture and lively carbonation. Orange peels in the hot sun. Unidimensional nose, oxidised, lemon hilt, sour and fizzy. Either not my style or not to my taste... GonZoBeeR (2163), ste-Eulalie, Quebec, Canada

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 25, 2005 Highly sedimented deep orange. Nice 1cm off-white to ivory cover lasts a while. Original nose supports weird meaty, vinegary and tea leaves notes that bring up considerable tannins. In mouth, it has a characteristic corky support, the buckwheat coming up sweetish and fruity (pear), pancakey. Faint acidity and orange tones, dried leaves and pepper also appear in peak. Mellow astringency, soft medium organic feeling body. A weird beer from which I dug some bits and didn’t like as much other parts.
