The mostly diminishing white sticky head leaves light lace. Pretty robust for a pils, this brew is well balanced with decent malt depth and heavy acidity with a corresponding bite. The bready finish is somewhat tart. The light creamy body is lively and the finish feels crisp and snappy. Skyview (4045), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA

Taste is light bodied, slightly carbonated, with flavors of flowery lemon peel, and corn flakes. Finish is slightly acidic with a citrus peel aftertaste. Siletz’s lightest beer on tap. Hops. This is a pilsner? It drinks like a light ale (little fruit, though). As ever, there is that hint of Siletz acidity. Where do they get that? It’s about 1/3 of the way from Bud to Sam’s Imperial Pilsner. I’m a hophead, and I cheerfully drank 22 ounces. Trust me. It’s ok. More than.
