Aug 13, 2008 BottleNearly black with a dense tan head. Mild aroma is cocoa powder and coffee. Smooth creamy body. Flavor is mildly sweet chocolate with some sour cold oatmeal flavor. May be a QC problem here.

Jul 28, 2008 Bottle: 1 inch of "stout"; 2 fists full of white head. Every bottle I have opened from this brewery has tasted infected. Mouth full of vinegar and chocolate. Very sour. Had to dump this one.

May 3, 2008 Bottle. A almost black beer with a beige head. The aroma is of roasted malt, heavy on the coffee side. The taste is much the same, but with some chocolate and sourness.Medium body with a dry, light sour finish.
