Sampled this new beer on draught at the brewpub in Siletz, Oregon during the ABA 07 Beer Tour. Pours a clear coppery amber brew with a decent white head that slowly dissolves to a ring and film top. Aroma is complex with a dry wheat malt, a hint of caramel malt with a slight banana esters, light yeast with some spicy floral hops. Taste is a slightly carbonated, a hint of dry, medium body with flavors of roasted malt, light citrus, and some roasted nuts. Finish is slightly dry with a roasted nut and mild bitter aftertaste.
