| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 8, 2007 Bottle: Hazy, unclear light copper color with a small head that fades fast. The aroma is light yeast, some sour notes of something that isn’t supposed to be sour and a little apple. The taste is like a hoppy Miller or something. The body is full and fluffy. Not bad. Thanks jake65 for sharing. nolankowal (854), Columbus, Ohio, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 13, 2007 Thanks to decaturstevo for sharing this bottle with us at the Tennessee Spring(ish) Tasting! Poured amber in color with a head that was just a small tint off of being white. The aroma was sweet with fruits, honey, and a hint of malts. The flavor had spices and malts that left it sweet and a touch of earthiness. Medium body. shigadeyo (2263), Harrison, Ohio, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Mar 12, 2007 Tasted at the Tennessee Spring(ish) Tasting held in Knoxville, TN on 3/10/2007. Bottle shared by decaturstevo. Thanks Steve... Wooly Bully is an interesting brew. The aroma has a chewy, sweet, caramel quality. It reminded me a lot of freshly sparged beer wort. The flavor is equally unique and memorable - fruity malt, vinous, slightly sour, some vinegar as well. There is only a mild hoppiness. This beer is a murky orange/brown color, has a medium-full body, and feel good on the palate. I really enjoyed this interesting beer. I think Siletz is now available in NW Ohio, so hopefully I can find another bottle next time I visit my parents... tronraner (1933), Seymour, Tennessee, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 12, 2007 Bottle at the Knoxville Spring(ish) tasting. Pours bright orange with a thin beige head. The aroma has some light cinnamon, hints of buttered bread, and quite a bit of something that reminds me of soured pomegranate. The flavor has a distinct sourness to it, with zest, some interesting (but not bad) vegetal notes, and something that reminds me of cactus fruit. The finish is a little bit buttery, and leaves a prickly aftertaste. I think I’ve decided that I like this one. ross (1709), weddington, South Carolina, USA

This was a surprise and one of the first beers I tried. Pours an orange color with a thick white head on it. Smell is sweet and slightly hoppy, and really fruity. Taste is smooth and refreshing. There is a big hit of fruity flavors in the taste. Very refreshing, and really this would be an awesome summer beer. Thanks Steve! Suttree (2740), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA

Toasty, cinnamony aroma, perhaps a hint of brown sugar, too. Surprisingly tart flavored, and rather spicy, as well. Maybe some hints of fruit (cherry?), too.
