| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Sep 14, 2004 Copperish amber color with a tight white head. Rich malty aroma with some fruity notes and a light hop spice. Fruity apple notes with a nice malt character. Light sweetness towards the finish with some nutty qualities as well. Crisp fruity hop finish. Not bad. A light sourness begins to come through as it warms though. Eyedrinkale (3209), Astoria, New York, USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jun 2, 2004 I think i may have had a bad bottle of this. Pours a cloudy reddish color with a great amount of off-white fluffy head. Aroma is malty but with a dirt smell. Taste is very metallicy with an sour aftertaste. The taste doesn’t really fit most other peoples description, so ill have to try this agian to be fair. ClarkVV (3578), Allston, Massachusetts, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 5, 2004 Updated: Mar 9, 20072003/2004 bomber. Pours a deep burnished copper with some rosy red hues. Decent amount of caramel colored head. Aroma of lightly bitter, juicy hops. Light touch of caramel malt and honey, with some sharp graininess. Great mouthfeel, smooth yet lightly crisp on the finish. Slight touch of metallic flavors, perhaps just an overly sharp hops bite towards the end, but good balance overall. Malt is soft, and creamy almost. Interesting and quite drinkable. Medium body. Mostly clear. Earthy yeastiness on the aftertaste. TChrome (1302), Bedford, Texas, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/20 | Jan 16, 2004 Beer pours reddish or very dark golden in color with a paper white head that is fully retained. This is my second Siletz brew that is highly/over carbonated. Aroma is not terribly inviting. Reminiscent of the bitter style with some mustiness and dish water. Flavor does not improve on the aroma much. Beer taste sour. I am going to have to put this down as likely infected.
