Bottle: Orangey coloured, bigger rocky off-white head, hazy, lively carbonation; sweetish-fruity aroma (oranges, orange-peel); stronger sweetish-fruity flavour, velvet mouthfeel; shorter, fruity finish (oranges again), becoming a bit dryer towards the end; slightly tart and alcoholic aftertaste. Well rounded, warming brew, lacks a bit some bitterness...............

Aug 11, 2008 Garrafa 330ml, em agosto/2008. Coloração dourada, creme branco gigantesco, com bolhas grandes, totalmente persistente (como a Duvel). Notas de damasco, fermento, malte e lúpulo. Carbonatação média. Álcool equilibrado. Apesar dos 9%, a drinkability não é comprometida. Final amargo e adocicado, interessante. Boa tripel.

Jun 4, 2008 33 cl. bottle. Dull gold color with a little white head. Sweet pale fruit aroma. Maybe a touch of spice. Rather lightly sweet with some mild pepper spice. Medium body with creamy carbonation. The heat is present, but doesn’t seem objectionable. Ok, but not an impressive tripel. Finishes neither sweet nor dry.
