(33cl bottle) Pillowy medium off-white head atop lightly hazed apple juice body. Aroma is medium sweet, herbal, yeasty. Taste is medium sweet, herbal, orange/peach, some candi sugar, coriander. Light-medium body, quite drinkable.

Pours a cloudy orangy-yellow with a thick, coarse, and prolonged head. On the nose is citrus grapefruit with some light spice and warm yeast and honey. Not as yeasty as most dubbles. Quite sweet with light carbonation. Sweetness sets this one apart, but it is not overdone. Mainly biscuits and honey with some light clove and some mineral sharpness. I am enjoying this very much, although others may find it too sweet. The 7.5% alcohol is hardly noticeable and is well ballanced. A triumph. Also has one of the most memorable and attractive caps out there. A real find!

Terrible beer and not classified correctly. This is far from a dubbel. Aroma was weak. Light malt but very weak. Pour was a hazy light gold with a thin white ring for a head. Taste was very sugary and sweet. Strong honey and biscuit with sweet light malt in the aftertaste. This could pass as sugar water with honey in it. Blah.

Pours a mostly transparent hazy golden with a large, frothy and well-lacing white head. Sweet, slightly biscuity Saaz hop and lager yeast profile make for a strange, but not unappealing aroma. First sip starts sweet and pale malty drying out toward a more bitter, earthy finish with a touch of honey and coriander. Body is lively in carbonation and doesn’t have the fullness of body and malt to cover the massive (for the style) hop bitterness.

33 cl. Clear orange-gold with a medium sized head that settles into a lasting, thick cream that leaves sugary lace all over the glass. Aroma is wheat; apple, lemon, and grape hard candy; and some tropical bubblegum. Flavor is a less sweet version of the aroma: sweet malt flavors are balanced by woody, resinous flavors that could almost be a combination of cardboard and rice pilaf. Occasional metallic and alcohol notes as well. Medium body is smooth, soft and dry.

yellowish orange White foamy head - REALLY foamy. Kind of a mess, actually. Nutt, bready, fruity aroma . Nicely full bodied. Again, it had a nutty flavor, the a toasty, bready note. Hints of raisin, juniper and a woodsy note
