Tap @ Brewery: Hazy cloudy gold with a light white head and nice lacing. Nose of sulpher, banana and strong clove. Meaty body, chewy and sweet with some residuals in the tail. Esters and rough, some soap.

Jun 30, 2008 Draft at brewpub. Extremely cloudy banana pulp color. Very crisp, champagne-like body. Plenty of fruity banana flavor with light clove. Light, but full-flavored. Great for a hot day.

May 22, 2008 Bottle. Cloudy dark yellow. Very light head. Zesty soft banana and bread aroma. Zesty refreshing taste. A bit chalky. Sour lemon edge. Light on the banana.

Apr 15, 2008 From a 22-ounce bottle purchased at By The Bottle in Vancouver, WA--Poured a hazy bright yellow-golden with a medium-sized fluffy white top. Mild banana and clove aroma typical of Bavarian hefes. Crisp and clean, but a little dull and thin. Not the best hefe, but far from the worst.

Apr 13, 2008 22oz bottle. The pour looks like the picture. A nice cloudy yellow orange beer with a great head. A light aroma of clove, banana, and a good amount of wheat in cereal form. Nice light fruity sweetness is accompanied by lots of wheat. A lightly sweet and pleasantly fruity hefe. Thirst quenching. Well made etc.
