Commercial Description:
Without a doubt the boldest, hoppiest, biggest mother of a brew we have ever created. More than 50 lbs. of Washington State Cascade and Columbus hops are infused, injected, or otherwise inflicted upon a single batch. Welcome to hop country!

Draft at Uber Tavern. Hazy yellow pour....sweet malt nowe....some citrusy hops......flavor seemed a bit off....not sure about it. Yes it comes off as a DIPA but not one of the better ones.

bottle through trade from scrizzz poured an orange amber in color with a nice frothy white head that retained well. aroma has sweet grapefruit, lemon peel, medium bitterness, caramel sweetness, light alcohol, and some floral honey. fairly full coating and thick on the tongue. flavor has plenty of citrus to match up to the hefty bitterness level. sweetness and alcohol mixes with a hearty dose of malt underneath that keeps things together. nice and rich with a great full texture.

22oz. Bottle: Aroma of hops, grass, light toasting, herbs, and peppers. Poured orange/amber in color with a creamy, dense, off-white, medium-sized head that lasted throughout. Cloudy. Slightly sparkling. Full of tiny particles throughout. Excellent lacing. Flavor is slightly sweet and medium to heavily bitter. Tastes of hops, caramel malt, grass, pine and slight resin. Medium body. Oily, then lightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Hop, resin, grass, and slight caramel malt finish is lightly dry. 9%ABV is totally hidden.

Pours gold with a small white head. Aroma is a touch sweet with some pine hop aromatics. The very sweet front end of this is very caramelly with some biscuity qualities, maybe some apple. The flavor of the cascade hops really comes through strongest for me. The big hop flavor is floral, grapefruit, lemon rind, a little bit of herbal grassiness.. Despite the high alcohol content, I didn’t find this finished harshly. A well balanced big IPA.

Bottle, shared with hobbersr and macadem. Pours a medium to pale red-amber, thin ring of off-white head, very pretty lacing. nNose is very heavy on the mint, and quite herbal in general. Grapefruit, some malt, very big floral component, quite delicately aromatic. A very feminine smelling IIPA if that makes any sense at all. Palate has solid bitterness, a very complex hoppiness, spicy, leafy, herbal, again this feeling of brittleness or delicacy. No yeasty/cakey nonsense. A very light, delicate, feminine, perfumed, IIPA.

Bottle shared with Savvy1982... Thanks Kyle! Pours a glowing orange with an off white head. Nice lacing. The aroma is nicely hoppy. Resin, herbs, flowers, honey, pine and caramel. Tastes maltier than the nose lets on. Honey, caramel, resin, flowers, herbs, Turkish delight, grapefruit, pine and soft fruits. Soft carbonation. Damn nice!

Crystal clear, iced tea in color. Nice sweet hops and toffee aroma, also a touch of fresh toasted bread with sweet cream butter. Nice! Flavor isn’t as hoppy as the description would lead to believe. Malty notes with a decent herbal hops aftertaste. Overall a good solid brew and effort by the brewery. I wish I had regular access to this in TX!
