phishpond417 (1861), Madison, Wisconsin, USA Jul 20, 2008 Pours a bright golden, almost straw yellow colour. Head is small beige colour. Aroma is off hops, possibly Willamette? reminds me of it anyway, mouthfeel is full and silky, but flavors are impressive for this one. Not even in the least bit grainy, but classic PC lager style. prosqtor (408), Appleton, Wisconsin, USA Nov 24, 2007 Decent, but not quite what I thought I was getting. I imagined a mildly hopped malty beer, more like a German Lager than this. Crispy hops and nice mouthfeel. From the tap at the brewpub. CaptainCougar (5379), Rockville, Maryland, USA Nov 18, 2007 On tap at the brewpub on 6/21/07: Pours a transparent orange bronze with a thin ring of white head. Pale malty aroma has some faint grassy hops and mild fruity esters. Body starts lightly sugary sweet with some earthy grassy green hops. Finishes a little thinner and bittersweet. Pretty drinkable and true to style, but otherwise uninteresting. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Sep 1, 2007 Date: 06/21/2007

Skyview (3962), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA Jul 23, 2007 Sampled on draught at the brewpub in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden amber brew with an average white head that dissolves to a fine film and white ring. Aroma of sweet caramel and cereal malts, light citrus zest with a touch of yeast. Taste is medium bodied with light carbonation, light bread dough, some yeast and a touch of fruity citrus peel flavors. Finish is slightly gritty, some bitterness and a bread-like aftertaste flavor. A decent refresher style beer. murrayswine (101), Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, USA Mar 27, 2006 Another find from Silver Creek. This Lager pours a nice light amber color, with a good head that has continual lacing. the smell is slow to come, with light sweet malts, molasses, caramel, and a hint of cascade hops. The taste is totally satisfying; a great lager with sugar malts but with a good hop balance. This beer is extremely easy drinking, and is worthy to be Silver Creek’s flagship brew.
JPDIPSO (4862), Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, USA Feb 27, 2006 Light straw color with a wispy white head. Pale male, light bread dough and a mild sanitizer scent. Light malr, hint of grain and a touch of fruit. Fairly dry and uneventful in the finish. A decent steam brew. DavidP (1743), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA Jul 2, 2005 Tap @ brewpub. Clear golden body. Corn ’ pale malt aroma. Equally macroish flavor - sugary pale malt, undistinguished lagery hops. Yikes.
