Aug 25, 2009 Bottle. Clear copper color with a light tan head. Roasty, nutty aroma. Medium body. Roasty malt flavors with some caramel sweetness. Nicely bitter finish.

Mar 30, 2009 Bottle. Pours flat amber with a small and quickly diminishing off-white fizzy head, spare lacing. Aroma is heavy malt. Average duration, moderate acidity and bitterness. Medium bodied, slick texture, soft carbonation and metallic finish. A nice beer overall.
