Pours a copper color with a white head. Aroma is malty, caramel, grain, and some fruityness. Flavor is very very thin, malty, and almost no finish.

Bottle thanks to timmcd64: Pours a clear copper amber with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Authentic aroma of lightly sweet toasty caramel and Munich malts and noble hops. Body starts lightly sweet and grainy with a touch of mild bitterness before a smooth finish. A pretty good and drinkable Vienna.

*did not mind would not buy* aroma: faint smell of incense and stew. . like a hippie kitchen. app: like whiskey. flavor: like a very very light brown ale. lil toasty flavors. a floral pale ale brown ale with lotsa water. palate: watery. OA: fine water filled beer, neat peppery finish. I think this would be more intresting and just as healthy to drink as water.. 8 glasses a day.

Pours light amber with a slight head and super slight lacing. Very under carbonated. Slight smells of malts and light hops. Weak flavor not worth my time or money.

On tap. This Vienna pours a medium amber color. Small sized head. Aroma is caramel and sweet. A medium bodied Vienna. Malts are caramel, fruity and sweet. Nice clean malt flavors. Touch of nuttiness. Hops are earthy and floral. Nice balance. Clean tasting Vienna. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Bottle. Pours clear and flat amber with spare fizzy off-white diminishing head, spare lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, grain, straw, cereal), light hops (herbs, grass), average yeast (sweat, horse blanket) with notes of alcohol, pineapple, butter and vegetable. Short duration, light sweetness, moderate bitterness and acidity; rather husky flavor. Light bodied, oily texture, soft carbonation and metallic finish.

The Silver Gulch Brewing Company is located in Fairbanks, Alaska and produces some very good beers that rival those of the Midnight Sun Brewing Company and the Alaskan Brewing Company. This one is no exception.

The aroma was light fermented fruit, flowers, slight citrus, slight tea and toasted nuts. The flavor was toasted nuts, slight tea, citrus, flowers. The beer poured a golden brown color w/ orange, red, and yellow highlights; thin lasting head and lacing. The mouthfeel was creamy and light bodied w/ a wet finish.
