From a 22 oz bottle this poured a cloudy butterscotch yellow with a nice white head and good lacing. The nose is a strong aroma of banana and clove. Mouthfeel is lively and crisp yet smooth. Favor is malty with some citrus and fruit there and he finish is dry and crisp like the mouthfeel. A very nice hefe.

Hazy orange yellow pour with a decent fizzy head that dissipates in a bit. Nose is that of wheat malt, banana, and fruity sweetness. Light banana/bubble gum flavor followed by wheat malt and then a pleasant quenching citrusy finish. Nice bubbly carbonation. Light lingering fruity esters. Light and drinkable, but well made and pleasant. I wish more WA brewers made German Hefe’s, and did them well. This was pretty tasty and a nice surprise.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a slighlty sweetish wheat malty aroma wit hints of banana and clove. Sweetish wheat malty banana flavor. Fruity. Has a sweetish wheat malty finish with hints of banana in the aftertaste.

22 oz bottle courtesy of bvc. Pour is cloudy golden pumpkin orange, with a fluffy 1 inch white head. Head falls with big bubbles, leaving nice lacing. Aroma is bubblegum, cloves and grainy wheat nice classic Hefe nose. Taste is perfumey cloves, sweet banana fruit, apricot notes, some citrus and more of the wheat. Palate is medium, mouth coating, though with a crisp finish. Nice complexity and drinkabiliy to this one. Thanks for sending it my way Brandon.

From a 22oz bottle--Poured a hazy bubbly copper-golden-amber body with a rich creamy whitish head. Nutty, yeasty, banana-clove nose. Spicy, creamy floral mouthfeel. Mild crisp and massively refreshing from the dudes who know how to brew a killer beer!
