| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | May 19, 2009 Hazy orange yellow pour with a decent fizzy head that dissipates in a bit. Nose is that of wheat malt, banana, and fruity sweetness. Light banana/bubble gum flavor followed by wheat malt and then a pleasant quenching citrusy finish. Nice bubbly carbonation. Light lingering fruity esters. Light and drinkable, but well made and pleasant. I wish more WA brewers made German Hefe’s, and did them well. This was pretty tasty and a nice surprise. anders37 (4774), Malmö, Sweden
