The smell of fermented honey is balanced nicely with estery hop notes. This ale is clear, with a light, golden color, reminiscent of a pilsener-style lager. Upon tasting, the honey makes its presence known, followed by a slight hop bitterness. The finish is clean. This ale seems to please the domestic-beer drinkers and the geeks as well.
