Sin City Light

On tap at Sin City in the Flamingo. Pours a pale clear yellow with a thin white head. Smells vaguely of caramel. A little more caramel on a medium body, but otherwise empty. Again a touch of caramel on the finish. Really nothing here.

Poured pretty much every other pale lager. Aroma and flavor was nice malt and grain. Better than most of its style. No adjuncts noticed.

Draught @ Flamingo hotel Sin City brewery. Small fizzy white head that mostly diminished. Spare display of lacework. Light cloudy yellow color. Mild aroma of floral and light malty notes. Light bodied with an average carbonation. Light sweet and bitter flavor. Light mild grassy finish.

Draft Sin City inside Flamingo in Vegas. Pours clear golden, thin white head. Aroma pale malts, hops, some fruits and yeast. Taste, hoppy, malty, some fruits, possibly apple, finish is mixed between bitter and sweet. Uninteresting. Meh.

Draft at Las Vegas. Pourd clear amber color with an average frothy white head that diminished slowly with good lacing. Light aroma. Light to medium body with a thin texture and soft carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of short duration. Below average pale lager.

On draught in the Miracle Mile shops inside Planet Hollywood. Poured a clear yellow with a thin white head. The aroma was bland, with no discernible notes. The flavor was crisp, but bland. This was on the order of Bud. Not very good for a craft brewery.

Draught at Sin City. Clear yellow pour with a rather small white head. Overall, crisp, clean and refreshing. No big flavours or aromas. Better than most mass produced lights but that is not a very high bar.

On tap at Sin City’s MicroBrew Bar in the Miracle Mile shops of Planet Hollywood. It poured with a clear, light yellow tint and had a nice white foam head. For a light beer it was pretty flavorful but it tasted a little watered down. Not a bad choice if you are into light beers.
