Commercial Description:
A traditional Irish Dry Stout, Sin City Stout is a strong beer at 6% alcohol by volume. It is a full, richly flavored beer with a roasted, coffee-like taste and a hint of chocolate balanced with an abundant hop profile that delivers a satisfying dry finish. A thick creamy head rests on top and holds the rich roasted aromatic qualities in the glass. This is truly the darker side of sin!

On draft from the stand in Planet Hollywood Casino. Thick black with a thin white head. Creamy texture, dry finish, flavor was all roasted malt, nuts and coffee. Smooth texture, but flavor was a tad simplistic.

On tap: Dark burgundy-brown color was nice; thinnish head. Creamy, lightish texture. Sweet and chewy malt flavors (caramel, milk chocolate, tar). Nice roast and toast. Hint of sourness was a pleasant touch. Good, easy-drinkin’ stout.

on tap @ Monte Carlo. just what you’d imagine a nitrous tap stout to look like. dark black, thick tan cappucino tan head, calm, microscopic bubbles. Perfect. Roasted malt aroma. roasted flavor. coffee. very watery texture to it. some one must have stole the Guiness recipe for this "clone"!

I had this beer on tap at the Monte Carlo Brewpub in Las Vegas (served in a weizen glass). I found this beer to be quite boring in character. The beer poured a not-quite-opaque red-black, with a fair amount of light tan head. There was no aroma. It was served rather cold, but exhibited only a faint amount of light roastiness. I found this beer to be disappointingly approachable. Mouthfeel is smooth but a bit flat and watery. Not a very exciting beer.

On tap at the Monte Carlo Brewpub in Las Vegas. Pour was a nice ultra-dark brown with barely any red coming through. The head was off-white and creamy. Terrific rings of lacing. The aroma was roasted, smokey malt and a tiny bit of chocolate. The flavor tasted like someone through a smokebomb in my beer. Very, very smokey initially. The smoke gave way after a bit to some lightly roasted malt and chocolate. Slightly watery mouthfeel. A decent effort.

Draft. Aroma was mostly of roasted chocolate malt, but it was light. Creamy mouthfeel. Flavor was mostly of roasted chocolate, and like a chocolate version of guiness.

On tap. Pours a dark brown, with a medium tan head. Creamy appearance. Aroma was a little hard to smell; some roasted malt and light chocolate aroma. Flavor was decent with a nice creamy body. Some coffee, roasted malt and some chocolate.

On tap at the Aladdin(Planet Hollywood) location. Pours dark brown/black with a medium light brown head. Light aroma of mostly roasted malt some coffee. Taste is pretty straight forward roasted malts, not sweet. Finishes dry. Thin to medium body and nice and creamy. Not a "WOW" brew, but solid, plus I got to know the owner and he is solid guy as well.
