330ml bottle at Finn’s rating session. 2007 version. Nice appearance with a lasting, off-white head with good lacing. Deep mahogany body. Brief notes of malt to the nose. Sweet malts in flavour plus a touch of dark fruits. Abrupt ending. Moderate carbonated (21.11.2007).

Deep red color. Sharp, fruity aroma. Metallic. Decent malty flavor, quite soft. Sharp sidetouch. Easy. Tight ending.

330ml bottle. 2005/6 version: Another mass-preoduced lager. Deeper gold than the usual Koff III, and more sweet maltiness, maybe berry sweetness, but hard to pin down. Still not good.

Bottled 0,33L. Clearly maroon color with reddish reflex. Unusual. Light head of medium duration. Much light scent with rumors of torrefy malt and burned hay. Little lively taste, rather firm and extinguished with an elevated alcoholic perception.
Thanks to mabjork for this beer.

Bottle 0,33l. Dark red brown coloured. A large white head. OK appearance but weak in aroma and flavor. Watery but some hints of caramel in the finish. No Christmas feeling at all. KI=2

Bottle. Smells like a standard koff (pale lager). Taste surprisingly much like one as well! Fortunately there is a little bit of roasted flavour in it. But not much.

Bottled. Dark red in colour. Minor beige head, lacings. The aroma is malty, but quite watery. The flavour is harmless...

Bottled. Dark murky rubyish brown colour, huge fluffy white head. Aroma is standard lager, a big dissappointment for a Xmas brew...Flavour is caramelmalts and big hoppyness. Some metallic and grassy hints also... Not very christmassy...
