This is a beer with a smooth feel on the tongue, and a strong honey-aroma and flavour. The honey is complementing this beer, not ruining it. It looks hazy but a bit more yellow than your typical wheat beer. Niiice surprice from Finland. Dorqui (1361), Brescia, Italy

Shining yellow color, lightly dark and loads, dense impression. Sweet and unusually honey scent, light malty notes, slightly pungent. Medium taste, delicate and little lively. Determined notes of honey and candy with a little bitter and a lightly mellow final. Uncommon.
Thanks to mabjork for this beer. mabjork (580), Vasa, Finland

The smell of honey is strongly present in the aroma I’m wonderin wheater or not it is oats or malt that I’m smelling or if I’m fooled by the name? It has a sweet honeylike taste with malt. I like it, quite superb really. Ungstrup (15370), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Semi-hazy yellow colour and a white head. has a odd commomilearoma and that could be tha oat.somewhat malty and a small hopfinish, easy drinkable. Papsoe (15103), Frederiksberg, Denmark

Have I tried this before apart from oatmeal stouts? Hmmm, don’t really remember - but they’re definately not common. But disappointingly this isn’t really that different from an ordinary lager. But the honey-notes are indeed pronounced and very delicious. Gets better and a bit more unusual the more you get into this. Rather amusing that the commercial description claims barley to be a "rarely used" malt. Well, I’ve got news for you fellers.... 160405
