This is one of the better finnish big lager’s. Not too sweet, not too bitter, but a nice flavour in between. Actually has a little hoppy aftertaste.

33 cl can via oh6gdx (thanks!). Pours a clear golden copper with a large white head, Nose is mostly malt and lager yeast with a hint of vanilla. Tastes just like it smells. Like most pale Lagers there is not much flavor, Thin body, watery mouthfeel. Easy to drink session beer. About average for the style.

Medium creamy white head; golden body with carbonation. Clean, light malty aroma with faint resiny notes. Taste is clean, light malts with faint notes of apple and paper. Smooth, clean mouthfeel, but low on taste in general, and thin-bodied. A decent pale lager. (0.33l can.)

330ml bottle. Gives a shot and some smoke when opened. Golden. Tiny little head. Light malty to the nose. Light, sweet hoppy flavour. Light mouthfeel. Lively carbonated. Smooth. Watery texture (Tampere, 07.10.2006).

Bottle: vegetable aroma with a hint of sweet malt. Amber with a white head which disappears quickly. A watery slightly bitter flavour with little aftertaste.

Looks ugly. Smells feet and yeast, unfermented. It tastes the same, with some dirt in the finish. Unfortunately for this beer, the finish is long. Oh shit this is bad.

Good color and some weak malty and hoppy notes, but not enough to make this standard light lager anything special. Still better than most other Finnish big lagers (except Karjala) .
