Lager color, good white head, lace. Sweet-fruity and metallic "Koff"-aroma. Light to medium-bodied, steady malty flavor. A bit sweet, metallic, watery with late alcoholic bitterness. Unpleasant lager. sayravai (3784), Helsinki, Finland
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Mar 5, 2004 Updated: May 14, 2005(Bottled, Kerava version) Pale golden color with a medium, quite tight and lacy head. Slightly stuffy (old socks) and acidic, sweetish aroma. Reasonably malty, sweetish, buttery and moderately hoppy flavor with a faintly bitter, buttery and acidic aftertaste. Quite sharp, light-bodied palate, but not watery. Low, but stingy carbonation. A bit unclean, fruity and acidic lager. The Pori-brewed version has a more metallic and buttery aroma, smoother, slightly more malty and hoppy flavor and a smaller head with less lace.
