| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Sep 2, 2005 330 ml bottle, now available in Norway (grocery stores). The "little brother" of the ordinary Singha, which also is available here (at Vinmonopolet). Pale golden colour, large and lingering head, very moderate carbonation. Tolerable fruity and grassy aroma. Fairly "neutral" lager flavour, some malty sweetness and moderate hops - not a great beer, but fortunately without the nasty "industrial" and metallic sidenotes that so many pale lagers are cursed with. Drinkable swill for the beach in Thailand. oh6gdx (9008), Vasa, Finland
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | May 19, 2005 Bottled. Pale golden colour, bubbly white mediumsized head. Malty aroma with hints of mint (!). Malty flavour with vegetably notes. Bitter finish. Refreshing, but still like a little brother to Singha. Papsoe (15103), Frederiksberg, Denmark

"Singha Gold" is paler in colour and lighter in alcohol than the standard "Singha". Less hoppy, less body and probably also less calories. But still pretty high in carbonation. Still a rather pleasant lager though. 181103 Jukkabro (3038), Tampere, Finland
