| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | May 5, 2008 Bottle. Clear golden with a tiny white head that disappears right away. Grainy aroma. I can detect very faint hints of hops if I try hard. Sweetish grainy flavor with some malt and a slightly bitter, metallic, finish. Light-bodied. Not a lot of flavor but nothing horrible, I’m indifferent. AgentSteve (1374), SF Bay Area, California, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | May 4, 2008 So I go to a BBQ at a friends house who loves the pale lagers. I brought some good stuff, but he had several he wanted me to try from his days living in Southeaseast Asia. After having a couple others, and really not liking them, he brings this out. I smell it and think, "not bad". I taste it and think, "really not bad!" In the mid 80’s weather in SoCal, and after a few pretty bad beers. This was decent and dangerously drinkable. Smooth, malty, and clean. I admit I would drink this at any BBQ in hot weather. Swalden28 (1478), McKinney, Texas, USA

| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | May 2, 2008 I loved this stuff in Thailand. Maybe its a beer you need to drink sat sweating in a Thai bar with some Thai food watching the world go by. Not in freezing Canada. posikyle (165), Alabama, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | May 2, 2008 This, uh, wasn’t really a beer. It was possibly the palest "beer" I’ve ever drank. It had no head, almost no aroma, and was only a little more flavorful than water. Nothing really bad, I guess, but definitely a head scratcher. Like, how did they brew a beer that just barely exists? Did they do this intentionally? I bet they did, how sad. kidmartinek (980), austin, Texas, USA
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Apr 30, 2008 Pale, bright yellow, good thick white head. Aroma is like swwet rice and barley, despite commercial description saying it’s 100% barley malt. There’s a little bit of wax in the aroma too. Flavor is a good balance between malt and hops, a little good skunky, a little bitter, and slightly metallic. Consistency is medium-light. Definitely an upgrade over a lot of other asian beers. Finish is light, malty, bland, and a tiny bit of bitterness.
