I tend to like the Asian lagers better than americans though. Pairs better with spicy asian food. Has a nice floral quality and a hoppy kick. Nothing out of this world, but it will do! probstk (1060), Nepean, Ontario, Canada
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Oct 9, 2009 330 ml bottle from LCBO, served cold in a Scotch Irish taster glass.
App.: Clear light golden with a fair white foam.
Aroma: Slightly fruity and biscuity cereal/grain malt, hints of green, grassy hops.
Palate: Medium-ish body, medium carbonation.
Flav.: Better than the nose with a bit more malt, still toast and biscuit with less cereal/grain/adjunct, light old apple juice, a touch nutty and earthy like a British Ale actually, still a touch of grassy hops; dry with a touch of bitterness and a little light oxidized malt.
Nothing great, but drinkable. DeadGirl (242), West Palm Beach, Florida, USA

Characteristics of dry malts and grains. Comparable to a pils but much better Almost has a fruity texture to it and pairs VERY nicely to spicy foods (try the Pad Woon Sen). Drinkability: Put this on my beer pong table anytime. Rebuy: Yes. DG #133 on 09102009, DG. Quack-Duck (3274), Bodensee/Schwarzwald, Germany

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 2, 2009 12oz bottle. Pours brilliant straw/yellow with thick but very short-lived white head. Delicate aroma with some graininess and some noble hop aroma. Flavor is grainy up-front with a surprisingly decent pilsner malt backbone with a rather nice, spicy, almost floral hop quality. The finish was dry with a nice authentic Pilsner bitterness. The mouthfeel is full-bodied with a great deal of carbonation. Overall, a decent session lager - nothing special, but decent with a plate of spicy Thai yellow curry. A decently made all-malt lager. alagnak (359), Littleton, Colorado, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Sep 27, 2009 Can @ Bangkok airport. Nose is not too bad - mostly bready malt with a little lager bitterness. Flavor is heavy on golden delicious apple with a slight bitter finish. Nothing great about this, and the apple flavor isn’t very inviting.Had one earlier on the street, so Bonus point for going so well with the local cuisine. In that case the apple turns mostly to a pleasant fruitiness that counteracts the mouthful of bird chiles I had @ the time. Non-offensive, not great. AWS9 (229), Mississauga, Ontario, Canada
