usually this is my beer of chose when having good thai food, it works well with the heat of the food. golden in color with a minimal white head. smell - earthy with a touch of hops. taste - grass, grain, a bit of hops.

Bottle. Notes of grass for the malt and flowers and perfume for the hops. Head is fizzy white with no lacing and is fully diminishing. Color is a sparkling gold/yellow. Flavor starts acetic and finishes lightly acidic and bitter. Palate is light, dry and has a fizzy carbonation. A mild beer very well suited to traditional Thai (crazy spicey/hot) cuisine.

Real malty aroma, but not a real malty taste. had a real light taste with wincing after-taste. began to warm with the meal, which didn’t help things.

Aroma is grainy, and so is the flavour. This lager is not too bitter and too sharp, so it goes well with Thai food.

Pours a thin yellow-gold with almost no head. Strong grainy odor. Very thin on the palette. Watery mouthfeel. Watery, slightly hoppy taste. There’s just not much here.

0.33 l bottle in “Thai Deum” in Amstelveen. Surprisingly good lager. For my taste it lucks a bit of bitterness but everything else is OK.
