By itself it may seem like another beer, but with a good Thai meal, the subtle flavors come alive. Light and golden, this is a beer made for hot food and in it’s own way, it is a classic! peterstrongale (43), Tampa, Florida, USA

Aroma is dry-malty with some sweetness on the edges but there are also some accents of hops. Taste is IMO not OK, It smells not clean and there is a slight souryness in the taste. A rather sweet beer with nothing to it, I wonder why they bother shipping this around the world. And why is this classified as a PREMIUM lager? henry3r (586), Wichita, Kansas, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Nov 29, 2006 The 11.2 ounce bottle poured a sparkling clear light golden beverage with a small fizzy white head that was almost entirely diminishing and left no lacing on the glass. The aroma was pretty typical of this type of beer - malty with a light hint of citrus in the background. The body was medium-light with lively carbonation and a watery texture. The flavor started out slightly on the bitter side. The finish was rather short with an odd dry tartness to it. sersdf (1000), chicago, Illinois, USA

It didn’t taste bad despite this, it didn’t taste anything :-( A very pale lager with white head. Maybe the bottles are better after looking the reviews below but the caned beer is quite pointless. Drink water instead. GuilTTy (538), Cherry Hill, New Jersey, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Nov 20, 2006 Clear medium golden pour under a small white head with very little lacing. Mildly lemony aroma with a hint of hops. Traditional pale lager (bland) flavor profile but at least this one has some added depth with the addition of lemon zest and more malt presence than expected. Thin texture but not particularly watered down and a reasonably crisp finish. As pale lagers go, this isn’t so bad. faroeviking (6130), BjórtjóðveldiðBjórheimBjórsins, Faroe Islands
