12 oz bottle shared by Chuck Cook. Thanks! Pours a nice medium to light gold with a nice frothy lasting white head. Aroma is very herbal, green and hoppy- almost a lemony citrus hint as well, along with a good bready almost tart pils malt backbone. Doughy and fresh bread for malt, spicy ligth peppery phenolics, orange citrus zest, adn nice floral and herbal hops with a crisp moderate bitterness. Pretty good overall.

Bottle poured straw color with alot of carbonation. Sweet aroma with some yeast and bubble gum. Very easy drinking for 7.5%. A good amount of caramel sweetness with even some marshmallow like flavors in there too. Very nice beer.

Bottle from under the stairs. Sweet honeyed malt and light coniferous hop aroma dragging in a surprising tang of gelatinous citrus, mouldering orange peel, a snort of mango, definite noble garden herbs as it warms. Quite a big sprinkle of aniseed come to think of it, but integrated. Pine, vanilla, hop fruit. Crystal to muddy orange amber depending on your preference; fine blanketed white froth with archipelagoes (hiccup) of lace. Quite a looker. High condition, fat creamy body. Robust herbaceous spruce beneath jelly citrus and yeast. Body really plumping up now I’ve tipped the bits in. Creamy slick palate, masterly fine carbonation like silk. Slightly offputting TCP notes, but probably wholesome and hop-derived. Enjoyable, solidly hopped, hairs-on-your-chest Tripel. Like it.

Cloudy golden pour with a thick white head. Aroma of spices, citrus and yeast. Average flavor of citrus, some caramel sweetness, yeast and spices. The body is light to medium with a creamy texture and medium carbonation. Not bad, but I expect more from De Proef than this.

Bottle, bought @ Plan B, Cph.
Pours deep orange with a pretty big, frothy, off-white head. Aroma has oranges, light oxidation and chewy maltiness. Medium carbonation. Pleasantly vinious - perhaps even a bit too much? - caramel, oranges, light oxidation and rather dry.

Bottle: Poured a hazy dirty beige color ale with a big foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of Belgian malt with a spicy yeast. Taste is comprised of a spicy yeast with maybe some pepper and light coriander as well as a nice malt backbone and a slightly dry hoppy finish. Body is quite full with some great carbonation. I thought this was slightly too dry and some light traces of alcohol were slightly disappointing.
