Aroma has yeast, some coriander and citrus. Hazy, yellow coloured with a lasting, medium, white head. Taste is sweet, has some malt, lots of yeast, slightly spicy with citrus. Medium bodied. Not very exciting, but well brewed. Perhaps a little too sweet.

Aroma is quite spicy and yeasty. Citrus in it. Hazy, golden-yellow coloured with a lasting white head. Taste is typical tripel style; yeast, spices, citrus. Sweet , some malt. Quite good.

Had at Quinns (GREAT pub in London)while watching the mighty reds with our chopper. Fogot to put a description down, just the rates. All I can tell you beer ponces is that a barman poured it from a bottle into a glass for me. And I enjoyed it.

Very cloudy blonde with lots of big floaters and a thick and creamy white head. Nice Belgian yeast aroma with delicate hops and spice. Flavour is more of the same. Exactly what you would expect from a Belgian tripel but has a really pleasant note of caramel and a slight hint of malt in the finish. Prickly carbonation in the mouth as expected. Usually I would find everything about this type of beer boring as hell but this is well made and enjoyably drinkable. The caramel and malt makes it. Good stuff.

Bouteille de 330 ml obtenue via Importations Privées Bièropholie. Arôme: Odeur d’agrumes et d’épices avec une pointe de caramel. Apparence: La couleur est orange légèrement voilée avec une faible densité de bulle. Présence d’un mince col crémeux avec une large dentelle sur le verre. Saveur: Goût d’agrumes avec une pointe de caramel fruité. Palette: Le corps est moyen avec une texture légèrement minérale. Forte effervescence en bouche. Arrière goût légèrement astringent. Hazy honey gold hue, with a yeasty, fruity nose, with a subtle black pepper spiciness, a faint floral hop mintiness, with a mild herbal accent, and a citrus aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, fruity, spritzy character, with a note of wet hey, with some honeyed malts, with a zesty citrusy fruitiness, leading towards a fruity, flowery hop bitterness finish.

My Bottom Line:
An engaging bouquet develops grains of paradise, flower petals, orange pith and coriander seeds atop a honeyed maltiness and minty hop bitterness. The finish might not be as intricate and delicate as the aroma, but this remains a pleasant example of Belgian breweriana.

-A sheet of foam protects the hazy golden.
-Carbonation is expansive and the mouthfeel intrinsically Belgian.
-Citrusy fruitiness adds drinkability.
-Coriander contributes some milk character.

Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a huge white head. Light aroma of malt,alcohol and little spices. Flavour of malt, fruitness very smooth and nice.
