Mar 18, 2004 The aroma is sweet with notes of yeast and corriander - typical for a triple. The color is yellow and it has a fine off-white head. The flavor is sweet malty - too sweet for me - with notes of yeast and corriander. Not a good flavor on my tastebuds.

Jul 14, 2007 (Bottle 33 cl) Slightly hazy, deep golden with a white head. Fresh and very fruity nose with lots of banana and yeast. Full-bodied. lots of sweet malt and fruit, and a whiff of yeast and diacetyl before a dry finish. Quite lovely actually. 080707

Initial flavor is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light bitter, finish flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
