Bottle, 33 cl. Tasted this beer the last 2 years many times... Dark golden almost amber color with a big head. Yeast and spicy aroma. Medium to full body. Sweet, fruity flavour, dry finish. Good-maded tripel.

(Bottled, the blond version of "Pater Van Damme", 7-4-7-4-15=3.7) Hazy golden amber with a smallish, but firm and lacy, white head. Aroma of slightly sweet, honeyish malt - with hints of grainy rye and yeasty alcohol. Pretty malty and smooth flavor with mellow lemony fruitiness, mild acidity and well-hidden alcohol. Even smoother with yeast poured in, but not that complex. Medium to full-bodied, soft-carbonated palate. Smooth, balanced and enjoyable. My best guess would be, that this is actually the Sint Canarus Tripel. (Bottled) amber color with a very small head. Fruity, berryish aroma with nice grassy hopping in the background, and some mushroom hints. Very toffeeish, hoppy flavor with lots of fruit. Medium-bodied, quite refreshing, but not thin palate with balanced carbonation. An excellent, tasty and balanced, very fruity-berryish tripel. Even the faint cardboard hints won’t hide its excellence - quality stuff!

Bottle poured straw color with alot of carbonation. Sweet aroma with some yeast and bubble gum. Very easy drinking for 7.5%. A good amount of caramel sweetness with even some marshmallow like flavors in there too. Very nice beer.

Golden color; nice thin perlage; thick head, big. The classic aroma for a Tripel, the taste is in the beginning not so special, but revealing later some malt (still dry mouthfeel) and a good hopping. In the final, the bitterness is long, bearing some Belgian hop aromas as well.

12 oz bottle shared by Chuck Cook. Thanks! Pours a nice medium to light gold with a nice frothy lasting white head. Aroma is very herbal, green and hoppy- almost a lemony citrus hint as well, along with a good bready almost tart pils malt backbone. Doughy and fresh bread for malt, spicy ligth peppery phenolics, orange citrus zest, adn nice floral and herbal hops with a crisp moderate bitterness. Pretty good overall.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy light orange with a thick white head. Aroma of sweet fruits (apple, pear, strawberry), jam, light spices, and yeast. Flavor is peppery/spicy upfront with a yeasty finish. Flavor is not quite as nice and fruity as the aroma, but it’s still quite nice. I like this one a lot -- it’s much better than the ratings suggest. 8/4/7/4/15 (3.8/5)

Yeasty nose says "I’m a Beglian beer" right away. Slight hazy pale gold color and sticky head. Citrus, orange and vanilla all in the flavor profile. Clovey and spicy end with some pepper even brings this to a conclusion. Creamy mouth feel. Quite good with a very nice balance.
