Caramelly nose, cloudy amber color. Sugar and syrup sweetness permeates the body, with a little nuttiness. Leaves a dollop of sugary sweetness on the lips like a lollipop. Too sweet overall--needs spices or hops to balance things.

Bottle at Kent BF 08. Slight haze, reddy copper colouor. Slight yeast with rich red fruit aroma, slight sourness. Sweeter fruit in mouth, but the alcohol isn’t overly present. A strong strawberry jam type beer. Gets better as it warms up. A good fruity winter beer.
