Dec 22, 2007 Sampled at the second annual Bistro’s West Coast Barrel Aged Beer Fest: Clear golden bronze with no noticable head or bubbles. Aroma of tart, earthy citrusy notes and some oaky Belgian yeast and sweet wheat. Body starts semi-sweet and caramely with a touch of clove and banana esters. A nice, semi-dry and authentic wheatwine.
